Performance Marketing Manager - Premium DTC Beauty & Wellness Portfolio
London - Hybrid, Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office (North London)
We're partnering with a well-capitalised UK beauty and wellness group to hire a Performance Marketing Manager who will take ownership of paid media strategy and execution across three established DTC brands.
This is a portfolio role with a seven-figure budget, reporting directly into the Global Head of DTC. You'll have real autonomy across the channels and a genuine voice in shaping how performance is approached as the business scales internationally.
The Role
You'll own paid media strategy and day-to-day performance across three distinct brands - each with different audiences, price points and growth stages. Responsibilities include:

- Managing and forecasting a seven-figure paid media budget across the portfolio
- Driving growth across paid social, paid search, YouTube, affiliates and emerging channels
- Leading structured testing across creatives, audiences and funnel optimisation
- Working closely with brand, creative, CRM and ecommerce teams to deliver full-funnel impact
- Managing agency partners with clarity and holding them accountable to commercial outcomes
- Reporting with context - telling the story behind the numbers, not just sharing them
What We're Looking For
You'll likely bring:
- 5+ years in performance marketing or growth, ideally in-house at a DTC consumer brand
- Experience managing seven-figure media budgets and full-funnel strategy
- Strong commercial instinct - comfortable with contribution margin, CAC, LTV and incrementality
- Confidence across paid social, paid search and broader acquisition channels
- Hands-on familiarity with GA4, Shopify, ad platforms and reporting tools
- A test-and-learn mindset and a genuine curiosity about how creative, audience, retention and brand work together
- Experience managing agency partners as a client
