Performance Marketing Manager
Hitchin - 4 days per week onsite (including Monday and Friday)
Up to £60,000 per annum + benefits
A newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing and ambitious business. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional who thrives on delivering measurable results, optimising campaigns, and driving customer acquisition across multiple digital channels.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of performance marketing strategy, budget management, and campaign execution, helping to accelerate growth and maximise ROI.

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and other digital acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation activities.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with wider business objectives.
- Utilise analytics tools to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.
Your skills and experience

- Proven experience in a Performance Marketing Manager or similar digital marketing role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid media platforms.
- Excellent understanding of attribution, tracking, analytics and reporting.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make commercially driven decisions.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and reporting tools.
