Performance Marketing Manager Global Gateway APAC & NA

Location: London, Arbor
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent, salaried

We're looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to join our Growth team and support the delivery of paid media strategies across Merlin Entertainments' attractions throughout North America and APAC. Reporting to the GTM Director Gateway NA & APAC, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, optimising and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns that drive traffic, engagement and revenue.

Working across a diverse portfolio of world-class attractions including Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE and other Growth Brands, you'll manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Display and Programmatic. You'll work closely with internal marketing, SEO, social and content teams, as well as external agency partners, to maximise campaign performance and return on investment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using data-driven insights to influence business growth across multiple international markets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-4 years' experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on performance, optimisation and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta advertising platforms, including budget and bid management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make actionable recommendations.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and using performance insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable:

  • Experience within the travel, leisure, entertainment or attractions sector.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or international markets.
