The Opportunity

A fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS scale-up built for the modern threat landscape is looking for a pipeline-obsessed Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to own the engine that drives inbound pipeline. This is a high-ownership, highly visible role. It is not a role for someone who wants to manage an agency and review reports. They need a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable inside a Google Ads account and a Salesforce pipeline report. You will run campaigns yourself, pull your own data, and make the big budget calls.

  • Execute & Own: Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads end-to-end, handling everything from strategy and budget allocation to bidding and ad copy.
  • Track the Pipeline: Own their HockeyStack performance dashboard. Monitor full-funnel metrics from traffic and spend down to SQL volume, CAC, and revenue.
  • Report Directly: Bring transparent, direct reporting to leadership on what is working, what isn't, and exactly what you are doing about it.
  • Maximize Conversion: Protect inbound lead quality, manage routing (Chili Piper), and turn their website into a revenue asset via PLG free-tool conversion strategies.
  • Deploy AI Daily: Integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate creative assets, scale testing velocity, and automate data analysis.
  • Test & Scale: Lead a rapid test-and-learn cadence across channels with clean hypotheses and honest post-mortems.

  • Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand gen within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Accountability: A proven track record of moving actual SQL numbers and pipeline outcomes, not just campaign activity.
  • Hands-On Expertise: Direct experience managing substantial budgets inside Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • The Tech Stack: Fluency in Salesforce (pulling reports, auditing data) and Customer.io. HockeyStack experience is a massive plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable in GA4, Mixpanel, or equivalent tools to build your own dashboards and extract insights.
  • AI-Native Drive: You already leverage AI daily to work faster and smarter.

Bonus Points For

  • Paid social experience (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, YouTube).
  • Experience with data warehouse outputs (Looker Studio, BigQuery).
