Move client-side and own the growth strategy for one of the UK's fastest-growing healthcare businesses!

The Times Top 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies 2026

Mamedica is one of the UK's leading medical cannabis clinics, helping patients access specialist treatment in a safe, legal and clinically regulated environment.

As our growth continues, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google Ads and TikTok.

This role is ideally suited to a Senior Account Manager or Paid Media specialist currently working within a PPC, performance marketing or digital agency environment who is looking to make the move client-side.

Rather than managing multiple clients, you'll have the opportunity to focus on one high-growth brand, taking ownership of strategy, optimisation, testing and performance across the full acquisition funnel.

What you'll be doing

Paid Media Management Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, X, Google Ads and TikTok Owning campaign performance, budgets and channel strategy Identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, CPA and conversion rates Scaling successful campaigns whilst maintaining efficiency Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions

Creative Testing & Optimisation Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new creative concepts Testing hooks, messaging, offers and formats Identifying winning creatives and scaling performance Contributing ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
