Paid Media Manager – Retail Sector
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000
Agency: Digital Full-Service Agency (in partnership with Tribal Digital)
Tribal Digital is partnering with a well-established digital full-service agency in London to find a Paid Media Manager with experience across both PPC and Paid Social.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative agency team working with some of the UK’s most recognisable retail and eCommerce brands — delivering thoughtful, data-informed campaigns that connect with audiences and support business growth.
About the Role
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll plan, manage, and refine multi-channel campaigns across search and social platforms. You’ll combine strategic thinking with creative problem-solving to design campaigns that engage customers and achieve measurable results.

You’ll collaborate closely with client, creative, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are effective, on-brand, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other key platforms.
- Oversee campaign setup, budget allocation, and performance reporting.
- Use performance insights to identify opportunities and suggest improvements.
- Work with creative teams to align messaging, content, and audience targeting.
- Keep up to date with new trends and opportunities in retail and digital marketing.
About You
- Experienced in managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns, ideally within an agency setting.
- Comfortable using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tools.
- Organised and adaptable, with strong attention to detail.
- Curious about audience behaviour and motivated by learning and growth.
- Passionate about retail, digital marketing, and delivering meaningful results for clients.
