About Incline Gaming
Incline delivers marketing services tailored to the online casino and sports betting operators. Based in our Farringdon, London office, you will lead our partnerships in EMEA.
Why This Role Matters
As a Performance Marketing Manager (User Acquisition), you will acquire users for Incline’s growing portfolio of clients focused on the rapidly growing online sports betting and igaming industry, while leveraging Facebook, Google, Apple, and other self-serve programmatic ad platforms to scale our UA efforts. We’re looking for a proactive, organised professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing to join our team.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning:
- Define and execute user acquisition strategy aligned with business and partner goals.
- Plan channel mix, budgets, and performance targets.
- Identify growth opportunities, new channels, and testing priorities.

Execution & Optimization:
- Execute and oversee paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and other networks.
- Own creative testing, bid strategy, targeting, and optimization.
- Troubleshoot under-performance and scale winning campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor performance against CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback targets.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Translate performance data into actionable insight.
Internal Collaboration:

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience leading UA strategy and scaling performance marketing.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta, Google, Apple, and other UA channels.
- Strong understanding of down-funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI, ARPU, Retention, LTV).
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology, particularly tagging and tracking.
- Agency or multi-market experience is a plus.
- Casino and Sportsbook experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
