Description

We're reinventing how to attract and hire quality talent at scale – come join us. The Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization is seeking a high-judgment, well-organized, self-motivated marketing specialist to support delivery of paid marketing campaigns across the EMEA region. The role supports cross-channel planning, activation, and reporting through in-house media buying in the Performance Marketing team. This hybrid role will operate across channel-level campaign management, multi-channel planning, and performance reporting.

A successful candidate will have experience working in marketing teams or media agencies and a proven record of delivery through data-driven decision making. You should understand the role of different channels in the media stack and the complexity of cross-channel relationships. You should be inquisitive about the opportunities that AI enables in the performance marketing space and be driven to investigate, learn, and build tools that improve the quality and efficiency of the team's output. You should be eager to learn, be highly inquisitive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance Marketing team in day-to-day campaign operations as the team scales its remit and scope across EMEA.
  • Execute and manage campaigns in-platform across social, DSP, and job board channels, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and KPIs – training provided.
  • Own vendor relationships, coordinating with external partners to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and performance standards.
  • Produce weekly performance reports and conduct deep-dive analyses to surface actionable insights that inform campaign optimisation.
  • Explore, build, and train AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of team workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable processes that support end-to-end marketing execution and continuous improvement in decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
