Position: Performance Marketing Specialist
Location: London Office (Holborn). In Office required, not a remote position
Schedule: Full-time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)
Salary: From £35,000
PURESEOUL is the largest Korean cosmetic specialist in the UK. We work directly with some of Korea's top beauty brands to offer an extensive range of over 2000 Skincare, makeup, hair, and body products online and via our offline stores. The Role
We're looking for a data-driven and proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys analysing performance data, and has a strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer acquisition.
You'll work closely with the wider Marketing, E-commerce, and Social teams to drive growth across key digital channels while supporting customer acquisition, online sales, and overall business performance.

- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Support customer acquisition, online sales growth, and conversion optimisation through performance-focused campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for optimisation and scaling
- Support budget pacing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting improvements to maximise campaign performance and efficiency
- Assist with implementing automation tools and bid strategies across paid media platforms
- Stay up to date with platform updates, digital trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the performance marketing landscape
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor campaign data and support the creation of weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour, and channel effectiveness to identify optimisation opportunities
- Track key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition costs
- Support in-depth analysis of campaigns and contribute actionable insights to improve future performance
Creative Testing & Campaign Optimisation
- Assist with A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures
- Work closely with the Design and Social teams to develop and optimise high-performing paid content
- Contribute ideas for improving ad performance, engagement, and conversion rates across digital channels
- Support campaign planning around launches, promotions, retail activations, and seasonal trading periods
- Provide general support across wider marketing and growth initiatives where needed

Who We're Looking For
- Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing trends, and customer behaviour
- Confident managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and K-Beauty is a plus
