We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile)—your role will be at the core of our mobile user acquisition (UA) strategy. You’ll drive data-driven execution and aggressive ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) optimization across major ad platforms while bringing in technical analytics and operational expertise to scale campaigns like never before.
📌 About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist (Mobile), your responsibilities include:
- Hands-on execution: Managing creation, optimization, and scaling of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Apple Search Ads (ASA), TikTok Ads, and other channels.
- Data-driven scaling: With a relentless focus on maximizing ROAS and achieving efficient mobile user acquisition targets.
- Appsflyer expertise: Acting as the principal user for our Mobile Measurement Partner (Appsflyer), ensuring accurate data integrity and correct attribution reporting.
- Creative management: Collaborating with design/creative teams to brief, generate, and validate high-performing ad copy and video scripts.
- AI integration: Leveraging AI tools for copywriting, campaign optimization, and strategic performance analysis.
- Ad fraud prevention: Developing a deep understanding of mobile ad fraud (e.g., click injection, SDK spoofing) and connecting with appropriate prevention tools.
- Self-serve analytics: Proficiently querying SQL queries and analyzing data in Looker/Tableau to reduce dependency on data teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive ROAS growth by optimizing campaign tactics across multiple advertising channels.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and data teams to refine UA strategies and partnerships.
- Champion A/B testing of creatives and stay ahead with industry best practices.
- Monitor and optimize for mobile fraud prevention and campaign integrity.
📋 What You’ll Need
Core Requirements
- 5+ years in performance/mobile growth marketing, with a focus on user acquisition.
- Proven expertise in Appsflyer (campaign management, attribution, analytics).
- ROAS-focused campaign optimization, backed by hardware data-driven results.
- Budget management experience—proven capability with monthly spends of $300k+.
- Hands-on management of campaigns across Google, Meta, ASA, and TikTok.
- Full fluency in professional and technical English (writing, presentation, collaboration).
Nice to Have
- Experience in Fintech, Gaming, or Cryptocurrency spaces.
- Familiarity with the Blockchain.com product suite.
