We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience who enjoys working collaboratively and can support multiple areas of digital marketing.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CMS management, and general marketing operations, while working closely with our wider marketing team to help drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Organic Growth
- Support and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimise website content, product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance and SEO rankings.
- Work with the team to improve organic traffic and search visibility.
Paid Advertising
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
- Produce regular reporting and recommendations for campaign improvements.
- Support audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
CMS & Website Management
- Manage and update website content through the CMS.
- Create and maintain landing pages, product pages, and promotional content.
- Ensure website content is accurate, SEO-friendly, and up to date.
- Support website improvements and user experience initiatives.
- Assist with website updates and campaign implementation.

Marketing & Team Support
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, promotions, and content initiatives.
- Assist with email marketing and CRM activities.
- Coordinate marketing assets and campaign execution across channels.
- Support reporting, analytics, and performance reviews.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer acquisition and brand awareness.
E-Commerce Support
- Manage and update website product listings and collections.
- Upload and optimize product content and imagery.
- Assist with website merchandising and user experience improvements.
- Monitor website performance and support conversion optimisation initiatives.
- Work alongside the team to ensure smooth website operations and campaign implementation.
Requirements
Essential
- 2–3 years of experience in a performance marketing role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience working with CMS platforms.
- Experience working within a collaborative marketing team environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.

Preferred
- Experience within the fashion, jewellery, luxury, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
- Understanding of email marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience creating or coordinating marketing content.

- Google Search Console

- Meta Ads Manager
- CMS platforms (Shopify CMS, WordPress, Webflow or similar)
- SEO platforms
- Lucky Orange
- Canva
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- ChatGPT and AI-assisted marketing tools
