Performance Media Manager

6-Month FTC | £50,000–£60,000 | London (3 days in the office) | ASAP Start

We're partnering with an award-winning communications agency looking for a Performance Media Manager to join the team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to extend.

This isn't your typical Paid Media role.

You'll be leading paid media activity for a high-profile international campaign, working across 50+ global markets to build awareness, engagement, and registrations for a major international conference.

It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex marketing challenges, thrives in collaborative environments, and wants to work on campaigns that genuinely make an impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning, buying, and optimising paid media campaigns across multiple international markets
  • Leading Paid Social activity across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Supporting campaigns across YouTube, Google Ads, and X
  • Using organic social content within paid campaigns to maximise engagement
  • Monitoring campaign performance using platform insights, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis
  • Working closely with Creative, Content, Web, and Technical teams to continually improve campaign performance
  • Reporting on campaign success and making data-driven optimisation recommendations
  • Helping shape media strategy while remaining hands-on in campaign delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
