Paid Media Lead / Performance Marketing Manager
£450–£700 per day (Interim)
Central London
3 months with view to extend
We're working with a globally recognised live entertainment organisation that is investing heavily in the future of its digital marketing capability. As part of a significant transformation programme, our client is building a brand-new in-house paid media function that will support a portfolio of high-profile events across multiple international markets.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of that journey, helping shape processes, influence strategy and make an immediate commercial impact within a fast-growing team.
Role Overview
The Paid Media Lead / Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across a dedicated regional market, driving ticket sales through highly effective digital advertising. You'll work closely with the Head of Paid Media to establish best practice, improve performance and help build a scalable centre of excellence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Meta, with growing activity on TikTok and Snapchat.
- Build and manage campaigns from the ground up, ensuring strong commercial performance and return on investment.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities and continuously optimise results.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaign launches across multiple live events.
- Help establish scalable paid media processes as the new in-house function continues to grow.

Requirements
- 8–12 years' experience managing high-performing paid social campaigns.
- Proven expertise across Meta Ads Manager, with experience using TikTok and Snapchat advertising platforms.
- A commercially focused mindset with the ability to make confident decisions using imperfect or evolving data.
- Experience delivering measurable acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-moving environment.
- Native or fluent language skills for your allocated market (Spanish, Dutch or German preferred). Candidates with extensive experience managing market campaigns using English will also be considered.
