Partners in Performance, Part of Accenture – Business Analyst Role

Who We Are

Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is a global management consulting firm with offices across Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Africa, Europe, and North & South America. We sit within Accenture Strategy, focusing on improving human performance and partnering with clients to drive lasting change.

Our Performance Strategy consulting team works directly alongside client teams to unlock potential and deliver impactful transformations—often achieving far more from the frontline than the boardroom alone.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be a key part of our Performance Strategy Consulting team, tasked with solving complex challenges, driving measurable change, and influencing decisions across industries. This is an entry-level role where you’ll act as the primary source of reliable data and real-time insights, enabling decision-making and sustainable improvements.

Your work will blend analytical rigor with frontline coaching, equipping you to deliver results quickly while building your leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering measurable business improvements by prioritising problems and implementing data-backed solutions
  • Collaborate closely with consultant and client teams to:
    • Collect, analyse, and interpret data
    • Provide actionable insights and performance analytics
    • Support process and system optimisation
  • At times, take on frontline coaching roles—especially with client analysts—to develop their skills and enhance operational performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
