🎭 Full Time | Performing Arts & Dance Lecturer
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding teaching across Dance and Musical Theatre programmes.
- Teach a range of dance styles including Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Commercial and Contemporary.
- Prepare students for performances, productions, assessments and industry opportunities.
- Assess learner work and provide high-quality feedback.
- Monitor progress, conduct reviews and support achievement.
- Promote excellent attendance, professionalism and student wellbeing.
- Support tutorials, work placements and enrichment activities.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement.

About You
- Relevant qualifications in Performing Arts, Dance or Musical Theatre.
- Experience teaching or training young people.
- Strong industry knowledge and passion for developing future talent.
- Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student success.
