Performologist - Client Delivery Analyst (Psychology Graduate)
This role begins as a 6-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. Immediate start preferred.
About Us
Performology is changing the way the retail world understands performance. We blend behavioural science, leadership psychology, cultural analytics, and sharp commercial insight to help FTSE-level organisations transform how their people think, lead, and perform.
We are an early-stage, fast-growing business working with major enterprise clients. Our work is intellectually rigorous, commercially grounded, and delivered to a high standard.
The Role
We call all our client-facing roles 'Performologists'.
A Performologist brings their unique strengths, perspective, and craft — and uses them to elevate everyone around them. There’s no hierarchy in brilliance: we succeed because we think together, build together, and hold ourselves to a high standard. Your individuality matters, and the work becomes extraordinary when we combine it. Being a Performologist isn’t a rank, it’s a mindset. We collaborate deeply, challenge with care, and commit to exceptional quality for our clients and for each other.
We are seeking a bright psychology graduate (Master’s preferred) who wants exposure to high-level client work early in their career. You will support senior consultants across client engagements, research, and internal development.
This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who
- Has strong academic foundations in psychology
- Is intellectually sharp and analytically confident
- Takes pride in producing high-quality work
- Is happy to “muck in” — preparing decks, organising logistics, and supporting delivery
- Wants to grow into a more senior consulting role over time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
