Peripatetic Customer Relations Manager
Sales Manager – Care Homes (Wiltshire & Oxfordshire)
About the Role
Gold Care Homes, an established group operating 45 care homes across the UK with 2500 employees, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive relationships with key stakeholders, prospective residents, and their families.
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all enquiries, partnering with clients on their journey—from initial consideration to welcoming them into your care home. This role embodies a unique balance of complex sales strategies and empathic support, making strong interpersonal skills as critical as your sales acumen.
About You (Key Qualifications)
- Proven success in targeted sales roles, ideally within consultative or B2C commercial environments.
- Exceptional networking and business development skills.
- Ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships and foster referral partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced IT skills. -Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric focus.
- Naturally empathetic and caring; capable of supporting clients through sensitive decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead enquiry management, responding professionally and proactively to all prospects.
- Meet occupancy and revenue targets through specialist sales techniques.
- Advance enquiries through structured show rounds and move residents with ease.
- Exceed expectations by delivering exceptional care—from first contact to daily interactions.
- Expand business development efforts through community engagement and ambassadorship.
- Support marketing initiatives, enhancing visibility and partnerships in the local area.

Requirements
- Flexible, client-focused approach—understanding age-specific needs.
- Full UK driving licence required for fieldwork (show rounds/conferences).
- Positive attitude and strong goal-oriented ethos.
- Ability to hit KPIs and transform leads to successful outcomes.
Benefits
- Base salary: £36,000 (progressive depending on experience) + commission + car allowance (OTE up to £50,000+).
