Peripatetic Customer Relations Manager

Sales Manager – Care Homes (Wiltshire & Oxfordshire)

About the Role

Gold Care Homes, an established group operating 45 care homes across the UK with 2500 employees, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive relationships with key stakeholders, prospective residents, and their families.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all enquiries, partnering with clients on their journey—from initial consideration to welcoming them into your care home. This role embodies a unique balance of complex sales strategies and empathic support, making strong interpersonal skills as critical as your sales acumen.

About You (Key Qualifications)

  • Proven success in targeted sales roles, ideally within consultative or B2C commercial environments.
  • Exceptional networking and business development skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships and foster referral partnerships.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced IT skills. -Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric focus.
  • Naturally empathetic and caring; capable of supporting clients through sensitive decisions.

Requirements

  • Flexible, client-focused approach—understanding age-specific needs.
  • Full UK driving licence required for fieldwork (show rounds/conferences).
