Peripatetic Manager Opportunity covering Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross, and Fife
With an expectation to support wider area as required on a 12-month fixed term basis.
We are looking for a Peripatetic Manager to help provide assistance with cover within our Retirement Housing, Retirement Housing with Meals and Very Sheltered services throughout Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross and Fife, with an expectation to support wider area as required. This is a peripatetic post and will give you the opportunity to work across a number of our services and will involve covering vacant hours, annual leave, and sickness absence, as required.
The Role
- To be responsible for the management of our developments, including responsibility for the support of any development employees and a meal service within Very Sheltered Housing, during the absence of the permanent manager/deputy manager.
- To ensure all property checks are undertaken and that the communal areas are clean and well maintained.
- To provide an enhanced housing management service to tenants within our developments and where Housing Support is provided, assist in undertaking appropriate tasks in relation to this.
- To provide a visiting Manager service to designated Retirement Housing and Retirement Housing with Meals developments.
- To undertake assessment visits for applicants and provide support to new staff members.

Hours of employment are 22.5 per week over 3 days.
