Adecco Harrow & Hertfordshire are hiring!
Reporting to the Hub Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing business on your own desk, by attracting quality candidates and effectively matching them to clients. You’ll be expected to offer a consultative approach to both your candidates and clients in order to maintain a high level of service. You will be managing the Perms desk. The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience and be excited to get face to face with all clients, developing relationships and making a difference to the careers of your candidates, and client workforce.
A proportion of your role will be field-based in order to conduct your site meetings, covering the following areas: Harrow/NW London, Uxbridge, Watford, Welwyn, Stevenage, Luton and surrounding areas.
Hours: Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00 / 09:00-17:30 – with a 1hr lunch. Hybrid working, 3 days in office / 2 days at home after on-boarding period.
Salary: £26k - £32k (dependent upon experience) plus monthly commission and annual bonuses.
Location: Borehamwood (free parking, kitchen facilities, vending machines, close to supermarkets and shops etc)

We're incredibly supportive, like to have fun while we work, where no two days are the same. The team work in the office 3 days a week, and are on the road with clients, securing new business and interviewing candidates, in order to reap the rewards Adecco have to offer!
Responsibilities:
- Building and developing your own clients and bringing candidates to market on behalf of your new client base.
- As an ambassador for your team and Adecco, you'll maintain high levels of customer service.
- Hit regular KPI targets around client calls, meetings and drops.
- Identifying and interviewing niche candidates within your market.
- Building talent pools of quality, skilled candidates.
- Speculatively call local businesses to inform them of your suitable, skilled candidates.
- Building long lasting relationships with a consultative approach.
- Identify sales leads and market trends for the you and your team.
- Achieve targets through consistent business development activity.
- Maintain accurate documentation for clients and candidates within our bespoke CRM system.
- Gain trust and consistency from clients through regular sales calls and networking.
- Identify suitable candidates through screening in accordance with the client’s requirements and agreed service levels.
- Maintain the integrity of the business by confirming to legislation.
- Carry out sales presentations at client meetings and be ready to bid to win a client.
- Many more ad-hoc duties in line with the role.
