We are looking to hire a superstar Recruitment Consultant with an abundance of love for recruiting in the creative industry.

We have over 15 years of experience sourcing talent across creative, design, digital, strategy, client and creative services. Our goal is to connect amazing talent with amazing agencies and brands and we do that day in day out. Responsibilities
- We are looking for hungry and ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join us.
- This role will include taking over a very warm desk of clients and roles but will require the skillset to grow existing clients and win new business.
- You will be driven by building relationships and understanding how we can add value and support the growth of our clients' business.
- Equally, you will love uncovering some of the best talent in the market, attracting passive candidates and managing the full interview process to ensure that we secure dream roles for our candidates and the perfect person for our clients.
- Curiosity is key in the world of recruitment, as is a desire to build long term relationships and deliver an absolutely amazing service time and time again.
- You will get to work alongside some of the best consultants in this space, whom are truly collaborative.

Required Skills
- A growth mindset and a reflective process to learning and personal development.
- Recruitment experience directly within the creative industry - this could be across client services, project management, strategy and design (Like for like experience is a must for this role).
- Strong work ethic and solutions focused mentality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, a real team player.
- An eye for detail and a strong sense of pride in the work that you do and deliver.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and team members.
- Proven track record of achieving targets, focusing on inputs and meeting deadlines.

Pay range and compensation package

£30-45k dependent on experience.
