Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services
Reed Newcastle | Hybrid Working | £27,500-£35,500 DOE (Sales Background) | £32,500-£39,500 DOE (Recruitment Experience) + Uncapped Commission

What you'll be doing
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client and candidate relationships while growing your specialist financial services market.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing new business and growing client accounts
- Building relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing financial services professionals
- Negotiating terms and managing the recruitment process
- Driving revenue growth across your desk

Who we're looking for
