Warwickshire’s Separated Children and Leaving Care Team, work with care experienced young people aged 16-25 and young people who are separated children in care and care experience. Whilst this is one service, the team is split regarding staff and workloads for separated Young People Seeking and the Young People Leaving Care, however there is a duty rota which covers both services. The Separated Children and Leaving Care Team is a county wide service with offices in the North and the South of the county to enable access for all our young people.

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated people to join our Leaving Care Service as sessional workers. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who believes that young people leaving care deserve the best possible start in adulthood and are able to adapt their work style to the individual need of each young person.
In this role, you will:
- Working with Young People age 16-25
- Manage a case load, and respond to the needs of those Young People
- Working with the Young People to support and get them ready for independence

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced management team that values collaboration, innovation, and a young person-centred approach. Our team is committed to improving outcomes for care leavers and ensuring they have the tools and support they need to thrive.
