We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an award-winning architecture and design practice in London.

Supporting the senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly, managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings, and acting as a trusted point of contact across the business.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes pride in being organised, proactive, and always one step ahead. The ability to start at short notice would be highly advantageous.

The Role

This is a broad, varied role at the heart of a busy studio.

Working closely with senior leaders and the wider team, you'll manage diaries, coordinate travel, organise meetings, and provide seamless day-to-day support across a range of business activities.

No two days will be the same, so we're looking for someone who thrives on variety, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys building strong relationships across a collaborative business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
