Are you a highly organised, proactive Personal Assistant looking for a role where you'll genuinely make an impact?
We are partnering with a globally recognised creative consultancy and executive search firm to find a strong Personal Assistant to support the Senior Team in a fast paced, creative, and entrepreneurial environment.
This is far more than a traditional PA position, the role has been newly created due to the growth of the business.
Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will become a trusted partner helping to manage priorities, create structure, and ensure the smooth running of both business and personal commitments. You'll be at the centre of the action, working across leadership to support the CEO and Managing Partner, international travel, operations, events, research, and business administration.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries
- Coordinating international travel and detailed itineraries
- Preparing executives for meetings, presentations, and key business commitments
- Managing inboxes, correspondence, and follow-up actions
- Supporting leadership meetings and wider business operations
- Coordinating events, off-sites, client dinners, and company initiatives
- Conducting research and preparing briefing materials
- Providing discreet personal support where required
- Working closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic and operational projects
The role is approximately 80% business support and 20% personal support, offering variety and exposure across the organisation.
