Personal Assistant

Personal Assistant – Asset Management Firm

(Salary: £60-70k, DOE | Location: West End | 2-Day Work from Home)

A outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and intuitive Personal Assistant to support a Senior Director/Head of Office and a small Sales team within a leading asset management firm.

This role is at the heart of a high-performing sales team, requiring a proactive, emotionally intelligent Personal Assistant who can operate with discretion, efficiency, and minimal supervision within a fast-paced environment. You’ll join a collaborative, supportive team that excels in execution and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Director/Head of Office and a small Sales team
  • Manage complex diaries with institutional investors, family offices, pension funds, and high-net-worth clients
  • Compile and distribute reports, presentations, and related documentation for investment meetings
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external events (business development lunches, client presentations, conferences)
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion in Wall Street-style high-stakes environments
  • Liaise efficiently with third parties (law firms, PR agencies, tax consultants, London office providers)
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring relentless professionalism in all correspondence
  • Support the team in adopting future innovations, ensuring smooth processes through cross-departmental interactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven PA experience supporting senior executives in Private Equity, Asset Management, or Hedge Funds is essential
  • Deep understanding of private equity, private credit, infrastructure, venture capital, or closely related asset classes (highly desirable)
  • Sharp organisational and time-management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High emotional intelligence, strong judgement, and impeccable professional discretion
  • Sophisticated event management experience, including pre-and-post-event coordination
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
  • Embrace micromanagement while demonstrating low-touch, high-impact work ethos
