Personal Assistant
Circa £36k per annum Oxford (Hybrid) Permanent
Your New Role
We are working with a prestigious and internationally recognised organisation seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to support senior leadership and contribute to the wider professional services team. This varied role will see you:
- Managing complex diaries
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Arranging travel
- Preparing documentation and committee papers
- Supporting financial administration
- Acting as a key point of contact across the organisation
You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while providing a professional and efficient support service.

Ensuring Your Success
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience providing high-level administrative or PA support within a busy environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting financial administration such as expenses and purchase orders
- Be a proactive, adaptable, and professional individual who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of support
