About The Role
You’ll support the UK Leadership Team with comprehensive administrative and organisational assistance, helping to ensure priorities are managed smoothly across a busy and evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time
- Acting as a key point of contact, providing responsive and solutions-focused support
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and expenses for senior stakeholders
- Preparing meeting materials, presentations and agendas
- Taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
- Identifying and improving processes to enhance team efficiency
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who is ready to grow their career in a dynamic, professional environment.
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing digital systems
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
