We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global hedge fund recruitment and advisory firm, who are looking for a proactive Office Manager / PA to support their high-performing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected business operating within the alternative investments sector. Supporting a team of specialist consultants, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping the office running smoothly while providing first-class administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Job Title: Office Manager / PA (Team Assistant)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3–4 days in the office, 1–2 days WFH)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £45,000–£50,000
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Team Assistant, PA or administrative support role
- Experience within recruitment, financial services or professional services would be advantageous
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel and team logistics
- Comfortable supporting recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems
- Proactive, positive and keen to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team
