Job Overview

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organised Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in Mandarin and English, possess exceptional communication skills, maintain a strict sense of confidentiality, and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Travel Management: Manage and coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and comprehensive travel itineraries.
  • Translation & Interpretation: Provide seamless Mandarin/English interpretation and translation support in both corporate and social settings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks and handle ad-hoc requests or sudden changes to plans.
  • Business Travel & Meetings: Attend business trips and assist with meeting coordination and follow-ups.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive Management: Ensure daily operations and personal affairs run efficiently.

  • Language Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal interpretation skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in providing one-on-one support within a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Ethics: High levels of integrity, accountability, and an acute awareness of confidentiality.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptability: Highly resilient and capable of managing unforeseen challenges or last-minute adjustments.
