About Elevate Media

Elevate Media is a growing digital marketing agency helping ecommerce businesses increase their revenue through email marketing, paid advertising and conversion-focused strategy.

We’re looking for a reliable, highly organised Personal Assistant to work directly alongside our founder and support the smooth running of both his business and day-to-day schedule.

The role

This is a varied, hands-on position covering diary management, administration, client follow-ups, internal projects, recruitment support and occasional personal errands.

You’ll help keep the founder organised, ensure important tasks don’t get missed and make sure commitments are followed through. We’re looking for someone proactive who can spot what needs doing and take responsibility for getting it handled.

Key responsibilities

  • Managing the founder’s diary, appointments and meeting schedule
  • Organising meetings, travel and other arrangements
  • Monitoring and helping manage emails and correspondence
  • Preparing reminders and keeping track of important deadlines
  • Chasing clients for outstanding information, documents and assets
  • Supporting internal projects and general business operations
  • Assisting with recruitment administration and interview scheduling
  • Maintaining documents, trackers and internal systems
  • Completing occasional personal errands, bookings and appointments
  • Handling confidential business and personal information appropriately
  • Providing general administrative support wherever needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
