Overview

We are hiring a Personal Assistant to join our One L’Oréal team at Publicis Media — a role that sits at the heart of a collaborative, high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior team members while building your skills across organisation, stakeholder management and project coordination. You’ll play a key role in helping the team run smoothly day-to-day, while also contributing to team initiatives, events and presentations. If you enjoy bringing structure, clarity and energy to a busy environment, this role offers a fantastic platform to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries for senior team members, scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts to keep priorities on track
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics, ensuring plans run smoothly and efficiently
  • Process expenses, invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes and supporting materials that enable productive discussions
  • Support the creation, formatting and proofreading of presentations and documents
  • Organise team activities, events and client engagements, including on-the-day coordination
  • Maintain structured files, trackers and shared resources to keep projects organised and on time

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proactive and structured approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills with a range of stakeholders
  • A collaborative, supportive and team-focused mindset
  • Some experience in an administrative, assistant or support role (or similar transferable experience)
  • Comfortable using tools such as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn and develop
