We're looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and hands-on PA to become the key support to our EMEA Managing Director and the heartbeat of our London office. This would suit someone looking to step into a PA role from an office or team coordinator position; or consolidate their early experience as a PA.

This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for instructions or sticks rigidly to a job description. We're a collaborative, entrepreneurial business where everyone pitches in, takes ownership, and looks for ways to make things better. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making things happen.

You'll provide day-to-day support to our Managing Director (EMEA), help create an outstanding office experience for our team and visitors, coordinate events and projects, and keep the wheels turning behind the scenes. One moment you'll be organising international travel, the next you'll be solving an office issue, getting new joiners set up with equipment, preparing presentation materials, welcoming clients, or supporting the organisation of a key event. If you're someone who naturally notices what needs doing before anyone else does, enjoys variety, and gets satisfaction from helping people succeed, you'll thrive here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
