We’re Hiring | Part-Time Personal Assistant & Receptionist
The Leeds Clinic – Roundhay & Moortown
We’re looking for an exceptional Part-Time Personal Assistant & Receptionist to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who thrives on organisation, enjoys managing busy schedules, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
Location:
This role will be based across our Roundhay and Moortown clinics, so the successful candidate must be able to travel between both locations.
Hours:
Part-time, including weekend availability. Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is essential.

Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary and appointment management
- Providing high-level administrative support
- Coordinating meetings and schedules
- Welcoming patients with a warm, professional approach
- Managing calls, emails and enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records and clinic systems
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our busy luxury private clinics
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced in administration and diary management
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive and discreet
- Friendly, confident and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Medical Secretary, Practice Administrator or Senior Administrator is highly desirable.
