Role Description
The Personal Assistant role at KNC Luxury Homes is a full-time hybrid position based in Southwold, with a mix of on-site work and some work from home. The Personal Assistant will support senior leaders with day-to-day tasks, including managing diaries and schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation. Daily responsibilities also involve handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining accurate records, and performing general clerical and administrative duties. The role requires proactive communication with internal team members, clients, and external partners, ensuring information is shared efficiently and confidentially. The Personal Assistant will help streamline workflows, anticipate needs, and support the smooth running of business operations.

- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting senior leaders or business owners.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional client interaction.
- Proficient Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating complex calendars.
- Reliable Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comfort with basic office software and digital tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms).
- Previous experience in property, real estate, or a client-focused environment is beneficial.
