Job Responsibilities
Fully responsible for the overall coordination of daily affairs for high-net-worth families, including schedule management, task follow-up, and various document preparation, ensuring efficient and orderly operation of private and daily matters.
Proficient in using mainstream AI Agent tools, independently handle information organization, content processing, process optimization, data analysis, and other tasks to efficiently empower the execution of various affairs.
Responsible for full English correspondence, cross-border communication, foreign language document retrieval and translation, ensuring seamless handling of overseas matters.

Familiar with local living services in London, assist in handling family tax, insurance, and other location-specific affairs.
Efficiently execute various private and work-related support tasks assigned by the principal.
Job Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years of full-time experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative roles. Experience serving high-net-worth families in London is mandatory.
Language Skills: Native speaker of Mandarin/Cantonese, with excellent proficiency in English. Able to independently handle full English work environments and cross-border communications.

Local Knowledge: Familiar with London’s local living regulations and basic services, including tax, insurance, and other supporting matters.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a UK study abroad background are preferred.
Personal Qualities: Rigorous and efficient, strong execution ability, extremely high sense of confidentiality, excellent coordination and stress-resistance capabilities. Must be well-suited for high-end family service demands.
