Personal Assistant to the General Manager (Interim) | Desirable Day Rate | Immediate Start | London (3 days in office)
We're working exclusively on behalf of an exciting international business to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to support a dynamic General Manager and senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy business. Offering a highly desirable day rate, this interim assignment is perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders.
- Organising UK and international travel arrangements.
- Preparing presentations, meeting packs, and leadership communications.
- Taking ownership of leadership meetings, agendas, and action logs.
- Supporting company-wide events, conferences, and off-site workshops.
- Coordinating office management, new starter inductions, and day-to-day operations.
- Processing expenses and providing administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Helping organise employee engagement activities, social events, and celebrations.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
- Is exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail.
- Can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Is highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Takes pride in delivering a first-class administrative service.
