We seek an experienced PA to support Associate Deans with managing varied workloads and complex schedules. Duties include committee administration—drafting agendas, preparing papers, and recording minutes—plus maintaining office systems for bookings, purchasing, and budgets. You’ll assist with projects, occasionally leading elements to ensure timely delivery, while keeping communication clear with colleagues and stakeholders. This role suits someone highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a strong PA background in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Co-Pilot, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), along with excellent organisational, communication, and written skills. You’ll demonstrate discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail, with experience in committee support, budget management, and handling sensitive issues. Ability to prioritise conflicting demands, work independently and collaboratively, and solve problems proactively is key.
