Personal Assistant
West Hampstead, NW3 | £40,000–£45,000 + Bonus
Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking to join a highly successful and growing property investment and development business?
We're looking for a Team Personal Assistant to become an integral part of a close-knit, collaborative team based in beautiful offices in West Hampstead. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a business that genuinely values its employees, encourages development and offers long-term career progression.
You will be supporting a busy Development Team, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
Responsibilities
- Diary and calendar management for senior team members
- Coordinating meetings, lunches and business travel
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and distributing action points
- Maintaining accurate records within the company's CRM system
- General document management and filing
- Assisting with property records and compliance documentation
- Supporting internal projects and wider office administration
- Liaising with colleagues, external stakeholders and suppliers
- Managing incoming calls, deliveries and couriers
- Providing ad hoc administrative and PA support to senior management

Requirements
- Degree educated
- Has a minimum of 3 years' administrative experience gained after graduating from university
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable learning new systems and technology
- Positive, professional and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
