Personal Assistant – Retail Division – Legal & General (L&G)

Job Title & Salary
Personal Assistant – Supporting senior leaders within our Retail division. We offer a competitive base salary with additional revenue.
Purpose
You’ll be a proactive, highly organised force ensuring senior leaders can focus on strategic objectives—driven by seamless and attention-to-detail administrative support. This role requires discretion, resilience and adaptability to prioritise, manage competing deadlines, and uphold high-quality standards. Collaborative communication across teams is vital.
Key Responsibilities
Under guidance of leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Email Management
- Coordinate busy inboxes – prioritising, responding, and delegating appropriately.
- Calendaring & Coordination
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, optimising time across multiple locations.
- Events & Logistics
- Organise internal events, away days, and external conferences, ensuring flawless execution and engagement.
- Onboarding Support
- Assist in structuring teams, updating distribution lists and coordinating new hire logistics.
- Meeting Support
- Prepare high-quality agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for executive decision-making.
- Financial Administration
- Process and reconcile invoices and expenses, maintaining compliance with L&G standards.
- Team Collaboration
- Partner with PA support networks for consistent, quality-focused service during peak periods.
- Customer-Driven Performance
- Deliver timely, client-focused service aligned with organisational policy and deliverables.

Essential Requirements
- Organisation: Proof through work history that you can prioritise competing tasks and multi-task efficiently.
