About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Executive Support Team, providing dedicated executive support to a member of the Senior Executive Team within one of our Faculties.
This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the University, where no two days are the same. As a trusted member of a collaborative and experienced PA community, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Executive's office. You will build strong working relationships with colleagues across the University and provide a high standard of administrative and organisational support in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries and inboxes
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and servicing committees
- Planning, organising and supporting a range of events
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Anticipating priorities and providing proactive support to ensure the smooth running of the Executive's office
We're looking for someone who is confident, adaptable and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You'll have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
