Role Description The Personal Assistant role at Naddict is a full-time, on-site position based in Crawley. The Personal Assistant will provide day-to-day support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel and logistics. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing documents, preparing basic reports, and maintaining accurate records. The Personal Assistant will liaise with internal teams and external partners, ensure follow-up on key tasks and deadlines, and help streamline daily operations. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting a dynamic wellness and biohacking business.

Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leadership effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Proficient Diary Management abilities, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating complex calendars.
- Solid Clerical Skills, such as document preparation, data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a personal or executive assistant role; experience in wellness or consumer products is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity software and communication tools.
