We are looking for a proactive senior PA
This is a key role within the team, providing support for the Employment and Pensions department. Our client is one of the largest international law firms, winning numerous awards for their outstanding work in their chosen fields. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to build a career in a prestigious firm.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing dedicated and comprehensive support to the team ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to;
- Ensuring all complex tasks are completed within deadlines;
- Producing accurate billing reports;
- Drafting bills and performing conflict searches;
- Entering and processing all invoices;
- Working with fee earners to ensure that all bills are accurate;
- Booking meeting rooms and travel arrangements;
- Drafting and editing complex documents;
- Answering the telephone, redirecting to the correct department and taking messages when required;
- Answering non-legal queries;
- Attending all meetings and training required;
- Ad hoc duties.
