Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Cambridge
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (12 months)
Salary: £34,000
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support two senior leaders within a prestigious organisation in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace and managing a wide range of responsibilities.
Typical Duties
- Providing high-level administrative and PA support, including complex diary management
- Coordinating meetings, committees, and preparing agendas and minutes
- Supporting recruitment processes, including applications and interview coordination
- Organising events, functions, and internal activities
- Managing correspondence, records, and shared calendars

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven PA or senior administrative experience supporting senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Experience coordinating events and managing multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and calendar systems
