Personal Assistant to the Head of Sales
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Head of Sales, based at our head office in Wootton, MK43 9EJ.
This is a key role within the Insurance Sales Team, providing comprehensive executive support to ensure the Director’s daily operations run smoothly and business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities
- Proactive and complex diary management, ensuring effective forward planning
- Coordinating detailed travel arrangements (including itineraries, visas, and logistics)
- Managing and prioritising correspondence (electronic and physical)
- Preparing research, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Processing expenses and maintaining accurate records
- Organising internal meetings, coordinating training and taking minutes/actions
- Planning and managing customer and corporate events
- Maintaining key sales documentation (e.g. contracts, reviews, contact records)
- Overseeing Head Office facilities within the Business Continuity Plan
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Acting as a professional point of contact for visitors and stakeholders

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is organised, excels in detail, and is passionate about delivering a high standard of service.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience supporting a senior Director in a similar PA role
- Exceptional organisational and diary management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
- Commercial awareness with project management experience
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- A positive, flexible, "can-do" approach
