Personal & Executive Assistant - Cardiff
About the Role
Entrepreneur and owner of a rapidly growing UK telecoms company is seeking a highly capable Personal & Business Assistant to work directly alongside the founder across both lifestyle and business operations.
This is a high-trust, fast-paced role for someone who is extremely organised, proactive, adaptable and capable of managing both executive-level business tasks and personal lifestyle coordination seamlessly.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly responsive, solution-focused and comfortable operating in a demanding founder-led environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Managing founder calendar, meetings and scheduling
- Coordinating with internal staff and departments
- Handling emails, calls and communication management
- Assisting with business operations and daily organisation
- Following up tasks, priorities and ongoing projects
- Liaising with suppliers, clients and partners
- Researching and organising business opportunities
- Supporting day-to-day operational management
- Helping streamline workflows and founder productivity
- Preparing travel plans around business requirements

Lifestyle & Personal Management
- Organising luxury travel, hotels, villas and itineraries
- Managing restaurant, transport and experience bookings
- Handling day-to-day lifestyle logistics
- Assisting during international travel
- Managing appointments and personal scheduling
- Researching locations, services and activities
- Coordinating personal errands and requests
- Providing highly responsive day-to-day support
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely proactive and resourceful
- Fast responder with strong problem-solving ability
- Professional, presentable and discreet
- Comfortable with flexible working hours when required
- Able to operate independently without constant direction
- Tech literate and operationally minded
- Trustworthy and loyal
- Comfortable working closely with an ambitious founder
