Role Description

The Personal Assistant will provide remote administrative and organizational support to Tutors Today’s leadership team in a contract role. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Coordinating online calls and tutoring-related appointments
  • Handling email correspondence in a timely, professional manner

  • Maintaining up-to-date records on internal systems
  • Helping streamline communication between tutors, students, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and prompt follow-up

This position requires independent work, proactive problem-solving, and a strong commitment to supporting the agency’s educational mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting busy leaders or teams.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional email etiquette.
  • Proficient Diary Management and scheduling capabilities, with attention to detail and reliability in managing calendars and appointments.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including document organization, data entry, basic reporting, and familiarity with office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
  • Comfort with online communication tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack).
  • Previous experience in an education or tutoring environment is beneficial but not required.
  • Relevant training or qualification in administration, business support, or a related field is an advantage.
