Morgan Spencer Recruitment London is delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and values-led Asset Management firm to recruit a Client Relationship Team PA. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant or Team PA who enjoys being the organisational backbone of a collaborative, high-performing team.
Supporting a growing team of Relationship Managers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of client administration, documentation, invoicing, event coordination and team support activities. This is not a traditional client-facing or business development role. Instead, it offers the chance to become a trusted and valued central coordinator within an established and growing business where professionalism, teamwork and long-term relationships are genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support to a growing team of Relationship Managers
- Maintain accurate client documentation, records and regulatory paperwork
- Process invoices and assist with financial administration tasks
- Coordinate client account administration and support activities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Arrange and coordinate client events, hospitality and team-hosting activities
- Support with meeting coordination, preparation of materials and follow-up actions
- Assist with diary management and scheduling across the Relationship Management team
- Act as a central point of coordination for team administration and operational support
- Participate in internal meetings, projects and team initiatives
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently within a regulated environment

Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant, Team PA or Client Support Administrator, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills
- Experience working within Financial Services is essential
- Confident managing documentation, records and CRM systems
- Experience coordinating meetings, events and team activities
- A calm, professional and unflappable approach under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented attitude
- Demonstrable stability and longevity in previous positions
