Personal Assistant – Executive Search
£35,000–£37,000
Hybrid, Nine Elms (Battersea)
3 days in the office, 2 from home
An established Executive Search firm is hiring a PA to support two consultants, playing a key role in keeping high-profile search projects running smoothly. This is a brilliant opportunity to gain exposure to executive search in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

- Supporting 2 consultants across up to 15 live search assignments
- Coordinating interviews and managing complex, busy diaries including travel, meeting arrangements, etc.
- Preparing high-quality documents and reports
- Acting as a key contact for candidates and clients throughout the process
- Keeping systems, schedules, and workflows organised
What they’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a can-do attitude
- Able to juggle priorities in a busy environment
- Problem-solving skills, always looking to find solutions to issues
- Previous admin, coordination, or team support experience is ideal
