What is the role?

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organised PA to support our Regional Chair across the North East & Yorkshire division. This isn’t your average PA role. You’ll be the go-to driving force — highly organised, proactive, and ready to solve problems before they happen. From managing complex diaries to prepping top-level meetings, you’ll blend traditional PA excellence with modern tools like AI to drive efficiency across the board.

What You’ll Do As a Personal Assistant

  • Full PA support, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
  • Regional coordination and communication support across multiple territories
  • Preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations
  • Proactive problem-solving using both traditional PA skills and modern tools, including AI
  • Ensuring priorities are anticipated and managed effectively in a fast-paced environment

What experience do I need?

  • Proven experience as a senior PA or Executive Assistant
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using productivity tools, AI, and modern digital platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships across remote regions
