We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high quality administrative and organisational support to one of our Directors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced professional environment, takes pride in being highly organised and enjoys building strong working relationships.

The Role

Working closely with the Director, you will ensure their day runs smoothly by managing priorities, coordinating activities and providing proactive support across a variety of administrative tasks.

You'll play a key role in maintaining efficient processes, ensuring documentation is kept up to date and supporting the wider team where needed.

  • Providing proactive diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Managing documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Following established procedures, manuals and internal processes
  • Using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Office to manage information and collaborate effectively
  • Supporting the Director with day to day administration and project coordination
  • Liaising professionally with colleagues, clients and external contacts
  • Helping ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively

About You

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, professional and enjoys working collaboratively.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem solving skills
  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
